Cancellations/Modifications

After an order is placed, we cannot cancel or change it. This includes the shipping address.

No price adjustments. 

Exchange Policy

No exchanges. No exceptions. Please consult the sizing chart before placing your order.

If you received a defective item, please refer to our refund policy for more information on how to proceed.

Refund Policy

Monetary refunds are not offered, only store credit or exchanges of defective items. Shipping fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any store credit issued.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it with the same item in the same size and color.

Defective items include: wrong design, misprinted shirt, ripped apparel, damaged in transit. 

You must provide photographic evidence that there is a manufacturing defect with your product.

Shipping

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please check your shipping address before ordering. If it is incorrect or a package is returned to sender, your order will be cancelled.

Domestic (USA): Standard shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks. However, things can take a bit longer during this unprecedented time. We appreciate your grace and patience.

International: Currently international shipping is not available. 

Order Tracking: We'll send you a shipment tracking number by email as soon as it is available. It may take 1-2 business days for the package status to update once it is handed off to the postal carrier.

Delivery Claims: Once an item has been marked delivered by the postal carrier, WORD! is not responsible if it is lost or stolen.
